This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in accounting coursework, thrives in Excel, and enjoys working with numbers to ensure accurate reporting and financial tracking. What You’ll Do Support daily accounting operations with precision and accuracy. Apply double-entry accounting knowledge, focusing on bank deposits and sales booking. Prepare and analyze financial and statistical reports. Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and links. Assist in monitoring and reconciling cash in transit. Provide support with transportation fare management processes when needed. What We’re Looking For At least 30 completed accounting course credits. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. Strong understanding of debit/credit accounting and double-entry principles. Experience preparing and reviewing financial/statistical reports. Bonus: Experience in transportation fare management. Bonus: Experience with cash-in-transit tracking.
